Let's face it, we've all been there. Training in mixed martial arts can be tough. You can be the most motivated person in the world and occasionally you'll need some encouragement. One of the things we do when we are a little down or need some motivation is to crank up the music. But not just any music will get you focusing on kicks and punches. You need music that will inspire and motivate you to push hard, to go longer, and to perform faster. Youtube has thousands of great tracks that you can listen to while working out. Below is one example we've found. Turn it up and get cracking in the gym!
